Basically you have to use a lidocaine based numbing cream and burn the papules either with a soldering iron or a Mole Removal Pen then let it heal, on my own I used the Mole Removal Pen and it took me 3 burning sessions to get a very clean looking penis head. That's how derms do it, they use derm tools ofc. I have a couple fat glands on my lips that are eliminated (they can come back) the same way, but im not touching them, they are usually not noticeable.
