Let’s say you have a very good day. Then the next day you feel like shit/sad. And it’s just a vicious cycle. Now when things go positively for me I just know I’m going to be humbled so I sat down and submitted my application to Calcutta mental institute
Ironically I’ve used the opposite logic to feel better sometimes. As in if I’m feeling bad I tell myself I’ll feel better in probably a day.
