I fell for TikTok videos saying 'u dont need 3 bicep exercises' now my brachialis is underdeveloped I feel it tons of every bicep exercise now
I wanna know how to target it
I already do incline and preacher curls

I do reverse grip curls too but I feel them much more in my forearms probably cus I have slightly underdeveloped forearms

i think its just genes i got fair strong at hammer curls and they barely effected my arms in the way people said instead of widening it made a ball beside my bicep. better shape but didnt add to arms circumference

i was doing 22kg for 2 sets failure about 17 or so reps and i didnt get the benefit people claim so i stopped with them

i think its just genes i got fair strong at hammer curls and they barely effected my arms in the way people said instead of widening it made a ball beside my bicep. better shape but didnt add to arms circumference

Reverse curls show the highest brachialis activation in studies. I’d go with those.:LOL:

Grey science boy got you. I made my biceps from my weakest point to best point in my physique, I full stack the machine preacher curl with an extra 25 on the stack.
My biceps workout on upper days is
2 sets machine preacher curl(1 warmup set)
2 sets supinations, 1 set per arm
1 set reverse curls cuffed
Optional forearm workout
The sam sulek meow meow shit for 1 set
4-6 reps per set and each set should be so intense that you feel like passing out after every set. 150-300g carbs an hour before working out. Pre workout 30 minutes before working out:Comfy:

Pull ups (pronated grip) also had like 80% brachialis activation. Maybe you could do those with straps so you don’t train forearms?

Thats what I thought too but now my frame looks amazing but if im wearing slightly baggy top u can hardly tell I lift my arms look so small till I lift my shirt

It gets trained enough with your normal curls. Dont listen to what others are saying

No, pull ups. Must have forearms pronated for maximum brachialis gains:)
But it's pull ups, your goal there should be getting lats activated and isolated, you're fine with 3 different biceps workouts for everything else

Regardless of your goal they will grow your brachialis.

its weird cus id of thought by now my brachialis should be developed cus I feel it in EVERY SINGLE PULL EXERCISE its ridiculous I hope its nothing deeper going on
Try doing 3-4 different biceps workouts 1 set each or 2 if 3 on 1 like I mentioned. And use straps on pulling movements to maximize the back growth too

Why is that worth even mentioning? There would be minimal, close to none brachialis activation there. Probably <10%.
