Anyone know how to low inhib max without drugs?
 
tf are you even expecting us to answer, your high inhibition is the result of the chemicals processes in your brain, an imbalance between your excitatory systems (glutamate, dopamine) and your inhibitory systems (mainly GABA) and an over reactive amygdala , all of this is determined by your genetics

you just can't change it without the help of pharmacology.

you can become more comfortable speaking to girls by just cold approaching, not to sound like a retard redpiller. but if you mean actual inhibition im pretty sure you just need to take drugs
