i dont find anything good on the Internet about it. Does someone know where you normales take the fat, how its taken and what are typical places to put it on your Face? And are there no-goes?

Lipo suction from the inner thigh or around the love handlers.

There are three types, but its the same fat but processed and filtered diffrently


Normal fat graft, just cleaned, not usually used in the face

Micro fat filtered, smaller used in the face and under eye sometimes. Used for volume of the face

Nano fat, even more processed but all of the actual fat i gone. Its just stemscells left because those survive the filtration for some reason. Thats only used for skin advantages, promotes collagen or sum. Almost zero volume

Fat comes out like a paste from the cannula, you want a surgeon who can evenly put out droplets that can get blood flow and not resorb, if you go to a surgeon with inexperince they might put out a slime snake which only get supplies in the outer part of it and the inside dies and you get lumps.

You put fat in layers, sometimes close to the bone, sometimes middle and sometimes on top but thats usually nano fat if the outer most layer
