Anyone on carnivore take K2 MK7?

zero carb/ carnivore gets a fuck load of K2, is there any reason to take some in supplement form? Or is it better to take it when cycling carbs and not as much meat

you dont really need it on carnivore, you are already getting shitloads of k2 and creatine. supps are for people who cant eat large amounts of meat every day.

Nowadays I only supplement magnesium on carnivore, i’ve come to see others as kinda redundant
