I never took ssris but I was diagnosed with clinical depression many years ago along with being addicted to alochol. What helped me was joining the army and later focusing on my career and once I started building that momentum evrything started to fall into its place on its own.

Its not about mental aspect of anxiety its about the physical manifestation of anxiety, do u have any idea on how to counteract it?

Btw did cause any hair shed?

I believe it did.

But I’m Dutasteride now so it won’t be a problem anymore

I don't know man. I used to have social anxiety too and for me alcohol always worked like a charm
