It's incredible how malleable our skeleton is in our youth. Imagine if orthodontists made devices that would give everyone mogger jaws and cheekbones, it should be possible.Probably not as they will not be sitting on your neck anyways, they will be sitting at your shoulder
However there is some sort of traditional practice that gives the illusion of a longer neck by permanently pushing the shoulders down
I doubt you would ever want something like that...
Whats more interesting is those people continue to add more coils to their neck throughout adulthood, thus continueing to push the collarbone and the other related bones even in adulthood. To me that shows that if enough force is continously applied for a long time it has a potential to change the shape of it. But of course, facial bones and collarbone/bones around the neck are not the sameIt's incredible how malleable our skeleton is in our youth. Studies have been done on facepullers for adults, but it was something painfully slow like half a mm from months of wearing one so its possible for facial bones too.Whats more interesting is those people continue to add more coils to their neck throughout adulthood, thus continueing to push the collarbone and the other related bones even in adulthood. yeah but they weren't wearing it all day long and none of the devices they used were bone anchored. As far as I know all of them were pulling from an expander and expanders of course are connected to teeth. While only 0.7 grams of force can move teeth adults need at least 1kg of force to move maxilla, which even then might not be enough(I didn't make that up myself, Dr. Ting said that in an interview)Studies have been done on facepullers for adults, but it was something painfully slow like half a mm from months of wearing one so its possible for facial bones too.
You will be better off doing daily neck exercises for 15 minutes a day. Check out alpha destiny as this guy grew his neck by 4-5 inches.like gold or silver or just lots random necklaces
