PSMF - Only getting your daily protein, nothing else.

That’s good, so you managed to retain muscle then. How much were you roughly dropping per week?

I just wanna get leanmaxing over and done with (again). Shits painful.
I got lean but very skinny like barret, but face wise is like night and day, try this to see how your really look.
Did you retain your muscle mass and just get to extremely low body fat? or there was muscle loss?

the hard way will always be better for fitness shortcuts suck for the long term
