. You need to keep training while cutting so your muscles continue to stay in a state of hypertrophy, but on 20g carbs your workouts are gonna be utter shit and useless. Increase that to 1.0-1.5g carbs per kg of bodyweight and your cut will be slightly slower because of a smaller deficit, but you’ll come out looking a lot better because you spared your muscle mass.
