Yea I bought ZnO and used it for 1-2 weeks only saw minor improvement. I'm now on 0,3% adapalen/2,5% BPO for 2 months now and still have breakouts and pimples from time to time. Not saying ZnO won't work but you're better off immediately getting a retinoid and/or antiobiotic
