Anyone try megadosing Vit c @ 20g+ a day?

I done this before I think it increased my collagen but there’s a couple of studies saying it decreases elastin (but it’s debatable if it does decrease elastin)

I think elastin is way more important than collagen for looking young/anti aging btw

what has been your experience mega dosing with 20g+?

I’ve taken 10g vit c a day for almost 2 years and nothing bad happen. I never got sick in 2 years either
 
Just become a citrus fruit theory.

It gives me kidney stones above 1g
anways, it probably has diminishing returns above that point, would be better to try something else like copper peptide.

I think you would need an IV at that dosage, otherwise you'll likely just irritate your GI tract. Also vitamin C helps with absorbing iron so you'll have to make sure you don't get too much in your diet.
