It's good and makes your skin look youthful but don't waste too much time with it.

I once went to my university library to find a book that showed what foods give you each nutrient.

im just gonna make up some meals that hit all the micro and macronutrients and then i wont really need to use it anymore because ill know im not missing anything

really good site, really easy to use. but ideally you dont want to rely on it daily

Doesn't look like it. You need a kitchen scale though, and weigh your food raw

Thanks bro, what should I weigh? The units of measure I use for everything are teaspoons, half teaspoons, cups, quarter cups, and table spoons. Other than that I look at the servings on the nutrition label and eye ball the amount I want.

You can weigh raw meat like chicken and mince beef. Also stuff which you can't pack densely into a cup like almonds or fruit. I eat potatoes a lot so I weigh them too.
