thats actually not true, they work as calmers in smaller doses not downers thats different, but in higher doses they still will act like normal sims, its just that adhd people start with a negative baseline so with small dose it brings them to normal but if you go higher it has the effects of stims like everyone else

I started taking 10mg of melatonin a night and it has helped me go from 5-6hrs of sleep to 6-8 tbh

Ritalincel started out on just ritalin but progressed to dexedrine.... next could be low dose recreational meth on those tough days because he took a few took many dexies and enjoyed it a little too much but can't sustain that off the prescription
