Sometimes when I try to go to sleep, I think to myself “what if I’m not gonna be able to sleep tonight”, and that just sparks a whole spiral of anxiety. I just stay up all night fighting it, and even if I try to ignore it, it just lingers. It’s the idea of how shit I’ll feel the next day if I don’t sleep and it just keeps me up all night. Is this insomnia or just anxiety
