anyone who treated folliculitis with accutane

tried BP and SA wash but they didn't get rid of it fully, i hopped on accutane after some persistent acne/foliculitis didn't stop appearing and i am at a purging stage at this moment (1month in at 20mg). did anyone else start accutane for this reason? My face is almost fully clear.

Yeah it definitely helps. Accutane is a total godsend. I'm on my second 6 month cycle and it works wonders. Even after 6 months of no accutane, my hair follicles stopped getting inflamed or having acne in or around them. Shaving those areas regularly still definitely helps though

you reckon accutane 20mg + bp 4% wash is too much ?

Try it out slowly at first, just enough to start seeing the effects. Should be good. If it starts causing any problems, then lower it or stop immediately.
