In 2024, I used 400 milligrams of 2,4-Dinitrophenol per day. It was VERY effective for fat loss. I still have a long daily log where I measured my body mass every day. I was losing at least 0.5 kilograms of mass per day (mostly fat) with it. I eventually stopped using it and threw it in a bin because my feet and hands were burning from likely peripheral neuropathy, and I was physically lethargic despite drinking 4+ litres of water per day.What were your thoughts on it? I plan on ordering some again and using 200 milligrams instead of 400 milligrams. Most of my negative experiences came from the dose. 400 was too much for my body to handle.

What do u think of titrating up to 500MG? I want to go till 3 weeks but the cataract risk is honestly keeping me scared of pushing it too far.

500 milligrams is too high and risky long term. I was unable to tolerate more than 400 milligrams per day for even 1 week. My 2,4-Dinitrophenol came in 200 milligrams per capsule. If yours comes in 250 milligrams, just take ONE capsule per day. It is cumulative, so it stays in your body for some days after being consumed.
There is a long list of risks that come with it, so stick to a one capsule low dose. You can read up on the scientific and medical literature that exists on it.
Remember to drink at least 4 or 5 litres of water per day while using it. Drink more if you need to, and be sure to replenish lost electrolytes.
