Anyones lips noticeably fuller and redder after alcohol consumption?

Even the day after I drank the alcohol, my lips are still fuller than normal with a lighter tone.

what's the mechanism behind this, and how can i replicate it in daily life without drinking alcohol?

it makes no sense because i am more dehyrated than normal, yet my lips are still fuller than when I am fully hydrated. like what?
