Suck air into the syringe before you draw the test, its impossible if not. Wipe your spot with alcohol wipes and let it dry for 1 minute. Do not wipe the needle. Before you pin push the air out from the syringe until a tiny drop of liquid comes out, this will make sure u dont inject air as well as make the needle go in more smooth. Looks like your needles are pretty long, pin the outer side of your butt cheek right under the beltline (ventro glute). Inject slow and try to hold the needle as still as possible to avoid feeling more sore. After injecting wipe over with your alcohol wipe and apply a little pressure.
Also, you probably shouldnt use the same needle you are using to draw the test, might get a little dull + some rubber remains.
