Depends on a lot of things. 1.) You're probably ugly due to lifestyle, low IQ, low motivation to become superman 2.) Depends bigly on your race. If you are not brown adjacent then theres hope. Exercise every day for two weeks and you will see immediate difference, mouth tape when sleeping to get rid of face fat, isolate and become comfortable with being alone, read Evola and Nietzsche.
