title? some people say niacin but idk if the flush is an unhealthy looking redness or a healthy looking one?
increasing rbc count through testosterone and some other steroids and b12, iron supplemention if you are defficient may help.
citrulline can help because its a mild vasodilator.
minox is known for causing an unhealthy looking redness in face because its an overkill vasodilator.
facial massages can help with blood flow.
going to lycopenemaxx one day too but i dont really have much hope for lycopene because anecdotally its not that effective but most people didnt overdose it so cant know without trying it.
watched some tiktok prettyboy claiming microneedling your cheeks gives rosy cheeks which is probably true. microneedling is known for causing a red flush in face but you may do it with smaller needles to avoid excess.
