title? some people say niacin but idk if the flush is an unhealthy looking redness or a healthy looking one?

increasing rbc count through testosterone and some other steroids and b12, iron supplemention if you are defficient may help.

citrulline can help because its a mild vasodilator.

minox is known for causing an unhealthy looking redness in face because its an overkill vasodilator.

facial massages can help with blood flow.

going to lycopenemaxx one day too but i dont really have much hope for lycopene because anecdotally its not that effective but most people didnt overdose it so cant know without trying it.

watched some tiktok prettyboy claiming microneedling your cheeks gives rosy cheeks which is probably true. microneedling is known for causing a red flush in face but you may do it with smaller needles to avoid excess.

stretch your fat/skin around your cheekbones

that makes my cheeks redder

so forward grown cheekbones = red cheeks

yes forward growth is very important for blood flow.

i saw couple of people on r/tressless claiming if you are recessed prior to surgery, jaw surgery may enchance your hair growth because surgery improves blood flow.

Astaxanthin may work. Microneedling one is legit though as long as you dont overdo it.

You asking this is funny to me because when I was in junior high I hated my rosy cheeks and did everything I could to hide it.
