I feel like this is one of my flaws that my nose is longer than ideal. I’ll measure it when I get back home today. Eppley says he could reduce length of nose very slightly

It depends on what type of deformity you have. Correcting a downturned nasal tip will obviously give a shorter nose appearance, same with an extreme dorsal hump. Don't bother doing anything if you have a straight, slightly long nose.
