commisuroplasty is kinda a meme surgery cause the results mostly end up looking weird asf, ur options are shrinking ur nose a slight bit or marpe which can expand intercanial width POSSIBLY making ur mouth wider by about 2 mm, this is all up to how narrow ur jaw is how ever
