is diy mouth widening surgery worth it

my nose to mouth width ratio is 1.45 which is pretty bad. i have a bulbous nasal tip so i’ll see if hc can help, but is it worth it for me to diy widen my mouth ( i’m 14 ) or just wait for alarplasty
