I thought it would be close tbh as I saw the Title because many latinas are hot, but on the pictures you posted the Ukrainian girls fog clearly no doubt

Tbh I thuoght this would be an easy choice. Surely Ukrainians fog Mexicans on average hands down but this battle is a bit tough to choose for

Mexicans:

1st: high end MTB or low end HTB, some decent features but thin head/face is always a killer
2nd: brutal PFL and also suffers from narrowness, MTB
3rd: literally the female version of ReviewBrah, hard to rank tbh
4th: she's making a weird face but it's a candid model walk, stacy tier proportions regardless
5th: looks more Ukrainian than some of the (((Ukrainians))), really top tier definition as well as a really good eye area, stacy
6th: has some super top tier ratios but lacks a bit of definition, no doubt a stacy still

6th's ratios and 5th's definition would be an unstoppable gigastacy fogger

7th and we're down to MTB
8th looks good but face lacks definition and seems rather small, would be curious to see what it looks like without makeup, hard to rate, going to say caked MTB or HTB

1st: stacy, almost Jordan Barrett tier wide
2nd: (((((((((Ukrainian))))))))))
3rd: HTB
4th: either high end stacylite or low end stacy, lacks some of the strikingness the others have
5th: tbh about the same ranking as 4 but I think 5th fogs a bit more with more facial width and better contrast, lacks enough dimorphism

7th: you know what I said about Mexican 6th's ratios and 5th's definition being combined would be a giga fogger? This is what I meant, if she's a gigastacy then it's no surprise a gigastacy came from Ukraine

Konstantin is a Latin name. Jews living in Europe may have adopted it, but it isn't inherently Ashkenazi. You conveniently ignored the section right below that on Wikipedia saying that her mother is at least partially Siberian. She's obviously mixed Slav and Siberian from looking at her face.
