Are there any supplements or hack that kill cravings for carbs or food.
 
eat less sugar. that way your body produces leptin regularly, which makes you feel satisfied after eating
 
1) Eat low caloricdense foods.
Eat food that are high in volume but low in calories. Examples: lots of spinach. Go crazy on this. Eat 2 pounds of spinache. WIth seasoning it actually is not that bad. After that try to eat what you crave.

2) Remove triggerfoods from your environment. Very few people have the discipline to avoid foods that trigger them in front of them while avoding them.

3) Use artificial sweeteners instead of real sugar to reduce caloric intake

Nicotine is legit, but even if you use gum or spray, there will be some kind of addiction. Going for higher protein in the morning and more veggies during the day is legit. Coffee too, but this can make you addicted too and feel like shit in the afternoon, and then you want to eat.

Do this but not with spinach. Spinach will give you kidney stones

Make sure vegetables are washed, they have pesticides (ok mom!). Big companies don't give a shit about you
