Appropriate doses for finasteride and minoxidil?

My hair is genuinely cooked. I suffered with a major hair loss in early 2025, did everything to stop it.
Now, the hair fall is not that aggressive but ive noticed that my hair's really thin and there's random, small bald patches on my scalp (the sides and back are fine, the the top front).

Need serious guidance for minoxidil and finasteride (i did try 5% minoxidil solution and a dht blocker when i had the major hair loss).
It was way worse in 2025 where my scalp was wayyyy more visible, its a lot better now but still not desirable ofc.

Lemme know the safe doses for finasteride and what % solution of minoxidil i could apply in my situation.

hell nah, dutasteride NOW and continue 5% minox topical, if ur a non responder add tret and microneedling or do oral.

Should i not try finasteride first as dutasteride is more powerful? (and what would be the preferred dose? 0.5mg?)
Also can i just add micro-needling regardless im non-responder or nah?

yes microneedling is always good with minoxidil, especially topical since it increases absorption by so much. yes you can start with fin at 1mg to see if u get any sides or not.

you rly just need to give this shit time u cant just do it for 2 months then quit etc.
