6. Arnica gel/cream (for inflammation )

Spoiler: Dosing

. Max 2ml or 200 units of Aqualyx per cheek(very simple).
. Divide the amount of aqualux per cheek you chose by the amount of points you made on one cheek. Example: I made 16 points on one cheek and dosed 1.5ml/150 units which left me a dose of 9.3 units of Aqualyx per point.

Spoiler: How to perform it

Step 1: Wash face,, apply lidocaine cream ( wait 30 min and remove.), clean off lidocaine cream, sterilize and clean your face with alcohol pads, and lastly sterilize your Aqualyx vial with prep pad. ( follow in that order )
Step 2: mark your 14 -18 points spaced 1cm to 1.5 cm apart. Do this per cheek and follow the anatomy of your cheek.
As the picture bellow suggest stay within the black line I drew and never pin where I scribbled in red.

Step 3: pin at a 45 degree angle and pinch as much as you can.

get as close you can to 45 degrees you don't have to be perfect. Use one needle per point even though you can use a single needle for 2 points.
Pro tip with image : pin your needle at the directions I laid out in the picture below for those specific dots.

2.Beware of injecting near the areas circled below as these nerves are less deep(as long as you pinch and pin at a 45 degree angle you'll be good. )

3. Expect sensitivity pinning in the areas I circled above in red.
4. Expect Bloat cheeks from day 1-3 then it goes down dramatically on day 4 and onwards.

Depends on what you are targeting. That is for the buccal fat pad the guide I provided is for the subq layer on the cheeks. Also injecting the buccal pad from the inside is risky and has an increased chance of infection.

but for hollow cheeks the buccal fat pad is sort of the most important piece of fat you want to minimize. also it minimizes the chances to hit a nerve, in ur photo an amateur could easily hit a nerve

You can age yourself terribly by reducing ur buccal fat pad. There is a less complication rate just targeting the cheek sub q layer with an 8mm needle.

get as close you can to 45 degrees you don't have to be perfect. Use one needle per point even though you can use a single needle for 2 points.

Icl I was gonna do it yesterday night but I chickened out, the fear of getting necrosis or hitting a nerve got to me, what I’m struggling with is I know you said to do at an angle if 45 degrees with the 8mm needle but wouldn’t that go to a depth of like 5.4mm and isn’t that close the dermis level and if I were to switch it up and got more vertical like 70-90 degrees I’d prob hit nerves or muscle no?

Nga your gonna be fine if you're using an 8mm needle.

Just make sure you put the needle all the way and pinch
