Go read their guides on aqualyx, everything I mentioned in this thread was researched from all of them

Aqualyx contains a substance (based on deoxycholic acid) that breaks down fat cells. Once destroyed, the body gradually removes those fat cells by a process Lipolysis, the breakdown of fat cells after they are destroyed
Bl LtRk3uEVJ6Y0 WNU3SEllQelEJhp0njcjnFkMyWX4xzJtTpO v7ICLJwds49ByDHPMmQXM1ItJi2afAb9rD7h3zuHIX

Aqualyx stings, it is manageable but it will sting, if you've ever recieved a vaccination/jab at school it feels the same/very similar, you will also look like you've eaten an entire family pack of ramen noodles 30 minutes after you've finished and a chipmunk a couple hours later, image for reference:
Aqualyx face edit

(this was around 8 hours after I finished, still extremely inflamed)

Aqualyx of course
Syringes 27-31G, 6-8mm (make sure they are 100IU/1mL)
Lidocaine (optional but makes injections sting less)
Alcohol wipes
Pen to mark out injection sites
Also nitrile/latex gloves to make it easier to pinch, however they are not required

- Maximum of 2mL or 200 units per cheek
- Divide the amount of aqualyx per cheek by the amount of injection points you make
- I made 16 points so I would inject 12.5 units per point
- Make sure to space each injection point 1.25-1.5 cm apart

Ensure you follow the guides of this image of where to inject, do not inject too close to your zygos and jaw and MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT INJECT WITHIN THE RED AREA

Aswell, you may feel it hurt more in the areas I show below, this is where the nerve endings aren't as deep so you may feel it sting/burn more here, do not worry however

Big thanks to @Sayori for the image diagrams, also check out his guide on aqualyx (better than mine) here

Now onto the procedure:

Equipment used

-
Before anything, make sure you wash your face thoroughly and apply lidocaine (if you have some), ensure you rub it in well to your cheek areas and wait 30 minutes before wiping it off, also, the entire process took me like 2 and a half hours to do, I started at 3am and didn't finish until like 5:35

- While you wait, begin drawing your aqualyx into your syringes, making sure to get the correct dose in each syringe, MAKE SURE YOU WIPE THE TOP OF THE AQUALYX VIAL WITH ALCOHOL WIPES TO ENSURE PROPER SANITIZATION

- Once you've done that begin marking out your anatomy, trace the bottom of your zygos until around 1.5cm away from your mouth and draw vertically down, then trace 3cm in front of your ramus down until you reach just above your jaw and connect the lines, you should now have a rough outline on where your injection points should be

- Begin marking injection points 1.25-1.5cm away from each other, mine is not great but it should give you an idea on what you should see:
Aqua marks edit

- Then wipe your face with alcohol wipes and begin injecting, making sure you pinch as much fat as you can to ensure it doesn't hurt as much, you should theoretically pin at a 45 degree angle aswell, however I pinned at 90 degrees and I haven't seen any issues so far

- MAKE SURE YOU KEEP STERILITY THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS, WIPING YOUR FACE CONSTANTLY WITH ALCOHOL WIPES, YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET AN INFECTION

- Do the same procedure for the other side, make sure you keep it as symmetrical as possible so you don't become assymetrical lol

- Congrats, you're now done.

HOW DID I GET AROUND MY PARENTS WONDERING WHY MY FACE LOOKS SO FAT OVERNIGHT?

Luckily for me, I have braces, so I managed to bullshit, telling them how because they adjusted the brackets in the back of my mouth my upper palate is moving, blocking my lymph nodes from properly draining the water from my face, I called it a "lymphatic drainage block", I told them that my ortho let me know last appointment I had and not to worry as it clears within a week and is completely harmless, just aesthetically unpleasing (complete and utter bullshit but hey it worked and my parents don't suspect anything so we're good). If you don't have braces however, try make up some bullshit about how your face is reacting to a certain product or how your body is reacting to something you ate, if they get all scared and try to take you to a doctor, well idk how to help you there lmao, just try to ease it out by "searching it up online" and just saying that studies show that its just water being retained in your face and is completely harmless and no need for a doctor's intervention

HOW TO GET AROUND CLEANING UP ALL THE SYRINGES AND ALCOHOL WIPES?

Honestly I just put everything into the box that the vial came with (I only ordered one vial of aqualyx so it just came in one small cardboard box) and i'm going to throw it away next time I go to school

POST-PROCEDURE:
Stay away from painkillers for 72 hours after you complete the injections as they cause the breakdown of fat to become less effective

Stay away from any sort of heat (hot showers, sauna, jacuzzi) 24-48 hours after you've done your injections as they can cause significantly more inflammation

This is the end of my thread, thanks for reading

A little side note, during the procedure my mum came downstairs while she was sleeping like 3 times asking if I was okay, I just told her I wasn't feeling the best and to just leave me alone lol.
