I’m back in the gym and considering adding ab training on leg day. I’ve heard that you don’t need to train abs just lower your body fat but wouldn’t training abs make them more visible even at slightly higher body fat, compared to if you didn’t train them at all? Or is it really just about being lean enough?
Also, do you have a short, simple ab workout you recommend? My gym is small, so I’d prefer something that doesn’t require a lot of equipment.
