Are any of you guys victims to your own overthinking?

I know I am, when I had this crush a good few years back I kept interpreting everything in the best way possible, example: “she talks and smiles heavily to one of my friends? Oh it’s Cus she wants to make me jealous I mean she only did it whilst I was there!!!”

Curious how annoying it is for you guys and if u guys have any examples of how your overthinking took one thing and made it into another thing.
