Are Asians the only race/ethnicity that can't naturally have blue eyes?

And I'm not talking about happas or even Asians with a white great great grandfather or whatever. But close to pure blood Asians.

Mongoloid Asians? Don't know tbh, unmixed [recent mixing] Siberians have features like that but were already mixed with ancient Caucasian EHG to begin with so I guess they don't really count. Also a lot Central Asians have ancient Tocharian blood like the Uygers etc.

Ancient Ainu were Caucusoid as well as some other ancient Chinese populations too.
