Is it possible for someone who is ethnic to be born with blue eyes and blonde hair?

Apparently my father is Spaniard , not Peruvian, and Spaniards and white (obv), but my grandma is telling me we are peruvian


So I ask my mom and she told me when I was younger I had blue eyes and blonde hair, and then overtime it changed.

Is that even possible? How would it change?

I need to take a DNA test.

And yea a lot of people are born with blonde hair and have it slowly turn into brown hair as they grow, i had this happen to me

My thought exactly, my mother is European and my father is “Spaniard.”
