Are bodyfat % scales reliable?

Mine just measured my bf% at 21%. Lifefuel if its true as my bones still are somewhat visible even while being that fat.

Is it reliable tho. I have a Qilive scale.

It doesn’t work like that measure once that’s ur base and the next time you measure compare the result...that’s how it works
