Can braces correct deep and distal bite after 18 years?
Or should I save up money and wait for a double jaw surgery?

Depends on the case, if you do a ceph x ray I can do for you the cephalometric analysis for free which is going to show if you have a skeletal class II deep bite and you need DJS or you just have protruding teeth in which case braces is the way to go
