i plan on getting mse + facemask, after my maxilla comes forward i would have to use braces to bring the teeth back but slightly recess the maxilla, right?

Upload the ceph x ray without the analysis on top and I'll do you an actual cephalometric analysis (for free) because this isn't professional at all. What it looks like though is that you have a skeletal class II deep bite, an MSE with a facemask wouldn't help.

Feel free to upload or DM me the x ray and a photo of your palate, a near vertical photo of your lower teeth and two different photos of your smile one with your teeth closed and one with your teeth couple centimeters open. I know that I'm asking a lot but that's the only way to correctly diagnose your case (I am not a board certified orthodontist but I have experience with this kind of work).

Bad news the orthotropist didn't take xrays, only examined teeth
