Are carbs bad or not

I've been experimenting w carnivore for 4-5 months and i feel a lot more fatigued compared to when I was eating carbs everyday. I don't see a massive difference in my face either. im about to get on a caloric surplus and its gonna be a pain in the ass without rice/tortillas.

do carbs such as white rice actually cause face bloating?
 
Imagine never eating rice, potatoes or beans because you don't know when to stop....and instead choosing to rape your arteries. Lmaoing @ you fat bastards

lol maybe a temp bloat. literally normal. go to the gym. HIT+ 15-20 mins of hard stairmaster and its gone.
problem solved.

No carbs are good, eating carb free or low carb diet kills gains because your body can't restore glycogen

Carbs are a fantastic short term energy source - your body needs energy to survive so are carbs “bad?” - Short answer: NO. However carbs are able to give that energy due to their ability to retain water in the body, so excess carbs can bloat you but in moderation they’re amazing 🤷‍♂️

Carbs are a fantastic short term energy source - your body needs energy to survive so are carbs “bad?” - Short answer: NO. However carbs are able to give that energy due to their ability to retain water in the body, so excess carbs can bloat you but in moderation they’re amazing 🤷‍♂️
What's moderation? Is a cup of cooked white rice everyday gonna cause me problems?
