I have never said they aren't "chads" They are by far the least attractive. In actual appeal an exotic chaddam or chadpreet mog the hardest, white Chad at its base level is the best, but chadpreet if northern and chaddam compete closely. Chang can be mogged by even white chadlites at times because their monolid eye area and non Caucasian skull fucks them permanently. They definitely mog but in appeal lowest and it's not close.

There is room for both interpretations. In practice your % matters: if you are the best looking guy in your village, it doesn't matter if random white chadlites mog you - they aren't your competition. But of course, in that case, you aren't chad if we focus on absolute looks level and not %.
