I always see guys on tiktok recommending to do chin tucks and i dont know if theyre coping can someone please tell me if it works and if yes how often and how many reps i should do

It just improves your posture and if your in puberty then you might develop better overall it’s worth it

Cope implies a reason to believe theyll work, theyre useless and just as much a joke as all the exercises that are meant to change your skull structure.

Hell nah bro you need to get all of your body straight on the wall infront of a mirror and do it slowly hold for 3 seconds and release slowly do 2-4 sets daily and 10-12 reps

chin tuck whenever nobody is around and hard mew as much as possible
people claim it doesn't work for adults, but then why do braces/invisalign work for adults? it's the exact same concept of pressure over time
