are chin tucks cope is it worth doing them and I’m around about 15% bf why is it that I hold so much fat around my neck and face my chin is slighty recessed is there anything I can do 16M

Chin tuck are to fix your posture, so no i wouldnt call it cope. It only helps you grow in the right direction, since you are 16 you could get som minimal benefits from it. It sounds like you got an overbite, i would seek ortho

its not even that reccesed gng, but as i said orthodontics. Explain your problems and either surgery, rubber bans or maybe a herbst appliance can help

Chin tucks won't work since they only train the muscles

You can put on herbst or twin block appliances instead. They can enhance ccw rotation and help with chin projection and mandible development.
