Are elevator shoes worth it for someone that practices a lot of physical intensive hobbies?

Consider the fact I play normie games like basketball and soccer to statusmaxx my nerdy life style, meaning I would need to always have with me a second pair just in case, I am also thinking in skateboardmaxxing (just cruising really nothing fancy), can you actually be stable with those shoes?.

WIll wearing them every day not fuck my hips posture? can exercise actually compensate for this?
