Are eye bags just permanent?

I’ve always thought that skincare was fucking gay and real men shouldn’t give a shit about it until recently.
But I noticed that I have dark bags under my eyes that I hadn’t seen before.
Do these just go away with proper sleep or do I need some sort of cream for it?

Maybe if you used eye cream and you cleanser and exfoliate maybe you wouldn’t have those problems jflll
