So in a few months I will get fat grafts for the upper eyelid, but I also want to correct the hallowness from my undereyes! I had dark circles all my life, even as a kid and I don't know wheather it's a bone problem or a fat problem, because my skin under eyes is extremly thin and it looks like I have 0 fat there! I was thinking to get fat grafts there too, would these help getting rid of hallowness and of crow's feet? Or what surgeries are the best for my case to correct my eye area failos?

fat into the upper periorbital region will fix upper eyelid hollowing, reduce or completely remove uee (oculoplastic surgeons will refer to this as a superior sulcus repair). It works by adding volume INTO the orbit, which is also a very good health indicator. You lose fat pads as you age and periorbital fat seems to be one of the places that hit hardest by that fat loss sadly.

i'd say you would benefit from this, make sure you choose an experienced surgeon / injector to perform this, make sure they know about all the safety precautions like cannula sizes etc. as injecting into an artery could kill you.

This user had similar 'before' as you, see his results if you haven't already

For under eye I'm not so sure, never seen good results so I'd rather not speak on it.

You seem knowledgable , If you had to pick two procedures for the eyes in general that are both on the lower end risk wise and give the best aesthetic results , which would you pick ,
