Are fat grafts or upper eyeflid fillers a good cure for an orbital fracture?

I’ve always had more UEE on my left eye and this is likely due to a bicycle injury I got when I was 13. Young & dumb me wasn’t wearing a helmet and I accelerated too fast so I tipped over and hit the asphalt hard. The orbital fracture led to excess drooping as you can see in the close-up of my left eye. It’s almost the same as Gandy, without the greasy UEE. Both are negative orbital vector.

In my first post about leanmaxxing, I have somewhat less UEE in my right eye, so the left one has a bugged-out appearance.

yea brownridge its not properly visible... however from this angle kinda looks ok... but his lateral 2/3 of its supraorbital margin have literally 0 projection

It’s not the case on my right eye, so my left supraorbital was damaged in that accident.

Here’s my eye region at rest. The fracture affects my left eyebrow shape as well.

When I wake up straight in the morning, the drooping doesn’t show up immediately, but after an hour or so of working or such, it shows up.

Just get fillers or fat graft for upper eyelid

You lack fat pads.

Also I’d do something like lower eyelid retraction you seem like a good candidate

And long term I’d do supra and/or infra implants

Lorenzo Zurzolo also kind of has those curved lower eyelids so I don’t know if it’s that much a flaw depending on your facial harmony.

It’s a flaw trust me, you’d look better without it

Fair enough. I’m glad that I’m getting insight and advice for my case.

Are fat pads also on the lower eyelids, so even ppl with a negative orbital vector have eyes that are “cupped” from the bottom?

It would improve your eye area, you have a little bit of UEE, not a huge deal, but will be better off without it imo

yea atleast it’s not like OPs lmao I think very slight uee like ahmiro is ideal but mine is a lil more than ideal. My brow ridge and frontal bone is ideal I think I just lack fat pads+shallow set eyes
