are hgh sides miniscule?

I see these threads saying hgh has all these sides and will fuck my thyroid, but I'm just wondering if its really that big of a deal, could i just take it with no bloodwork? I'm about to turn 16 at like 173 .So i mean it might be worth the sides. ive also seen people just posting their stack with no ai's or maintenance being just fine. i got the money for like 4 months worth but that would be just hgh nothing else.
