Seems like it's outdated now. I remember when I was a young lad back in the early 2000's. They were quite outlandish and stood out like a sore thumb. Now they are so mainstream. It seems once something reaches the mainstream it's over. I don't think the Hipsters have been hipsters since 2012 at least. And the "hipster handbook" was written in 2003... The Hipster seems a thing of the past. At least the kind we all mean, the skinny jean wearing black horn glasses adorned hipster with tattoos , argyle socks and a fixed gear bike. What do we have now? Just the typical scene kids?
