Are ideal ratios even that rare

Like even most normies have some ratios that fall in ideal range

they just look worse cuz of recession + bloat + features + bodyfat

But its pretty rare to find someone with visibly bad ratios at first glance, for example i havent rly seen any1 with noticeably bad ICD/ESR irl yet
