what's the ideal body for a 6 foot guy? i'm talking about weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, and other metrics.

Some good metrics are a wide bidelt of 20 plus inches, narrow waist maybe 28-31. at 175-185 and around 10-14% bodyfat you'd have an aesthetic amount of muscle at an appealing level of leanness that can be maintained.
