Are implants necessary for almond eyes? Or will eyes surgery be sufficient?

I’ve heard on this site that implants are necessary for almond eyes. Is this true? People have said that as you age your eye surgery will reverse.

What kind of implant? There's a few that can have an affect on the eye area. I wouldn't touch eye shape too much as there are plenty of GL guys with a variety of eye shapes and trying to change the shape can often look a bit uncanny. I'd work more to improve whatever current eye area you may have though advice will vary from person to person
